Our name might sound casual, but our food and service are anything but. People from all walks of life love Mac’s for its welcoming and comfortable ambiance, its professionally trained and friendly staff, and its commitment to quality and consistency.

We take pleasure in supporting local charities within the community, especially working as a partner with the local schools. We participate in golf tournaments, school festivals, banquets and sporting events.  Although new to Fort Worth, we have already participated in several charity events and look forward to developing a close relationship with local charities, schools, and business associations.

We are extremely proud of the fact that all of the General Managers at Mac’s and the corporate staff have worked at Mac’s for over fifteen years, and most of the chefs and line cooks have worked at Mac’s since opening. We are all committed to making your next visit better than the last. Whether you are new to Mac’s or are one of our many long time regular guests, we look forward to seeing you soon.

Management Team

The General Manager, Brian Warren, Brian began his career with Mac’s at our Arlington location in high school in 1987 working as a dishwasher.  He worked his way through nearly every position in the restaurant until promotion to Kitchen Manager.  He later served as the construction supervisor at our Plano location and later at our Colleyville location.  He served as GM in Plano and is currently GM at our Colleyville location.  His hobbies include hunting, jet skiing, and woodworking, not necessarily in that order.

Jack Grimes has worked for us since starting as a busser in Arlington in 2000.  He was soon promoted to Waiter and later Bartender.  After graduation from college Jack was accepted into our management program and was an opening manager for our Fort Worth Location. He continues to be an invaluable member of our Fort Worth management team.
